All of our Visco Express Mattresses come with a full 5 year Guarantee - If your mattress shows a defect within the first 5 years of ownership it will be repaired or exchanged completely free of charge.
Your Guarantee certificate will be enclosed with your mattress, please do not confuse this full guarantee with limited warranties offered by other brands, they only offer full protection in the first year.

* Products are available for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 12.00pm (Mon - Fri) and providing that the payment has been made by Credit/Debit card. Otherwise goods will be sent out on the next available working day or as soon as payment has been recieved in full.
* Free Pillows are not available with mattress toppers or 'Budget Collection' mattresses.
