Our customer service department is open between:-

9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday

We regret that this department is not open on Sundays or bank holidays.

- ie; order on a Monday evening and request delivery on the next available Tuesday - we will delay despatch until the following Monday and send your mattress via overnight courier.
Or, Request that we call you to schedule your delivery further in advance.

* Products are available for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 12.00pm (Mon - Fri) and providing that the payment has been made by Credit/Debit card. Otherwise goods will be sent out on the next available working day or as soon as payment has been recieved in full.
* Free Pillows are not available with mattress toppers or 'Budget Collection' mattresses.
